  • To start the shoulder press, stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a medium-weight dumbbell in each hand.
  • Bring the weights up to about shoulder height, and then reach your arms up over your head and press the weights up.
  • After that, bring the weights back up to just above your shoulders. That’s one full rep done. Do three sets of ten reps each.

2. Chest Presses

  • Lay on your back on a workout bench and hold a dumbbell in each hand just above your chest.
  • This is the chest press. Before you bring the weights back down to your chest, stretch both arms up to the ceiling.
  • That’s one full rep. Do three sets of twelve reps.

3. Deadlifts

  • Take a hip-width stance to get ready for deadlifts. Set up two heavy dumbbells on the floor in front of you.
  • To hold a weight in each hand, bend both knees. To get back up, pull the dumbbells up your legs.
  • Next, carefully move the dumbbells down your thighs until they reach the middle of your shins. Do three sets of ten reps each.

4. Squats

  • Stand tall before you do squats.
  • You should bend your knees and push your hips back until your hamstrings are straight out from your body.
  • After getting your legs to a straight line, start to stand up again by straightening your legs.
  • During the exercise, keep your abs and glutes tight. Do four sets of ten reps each.

5. Reverse Lunges

  • The last one is reverse lunges. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.
  • As you go down into a lunge, bring your left foot back and bend your left knee towards the floor.
