Jack Zhang, owner of local juice company Sol Good Juice, is planning to open his company’s first brick-and-mortar location in the Lower Greenville area.
For about two and a half years, Zhang has been selling juices at the Dallas Farmers Market, but he said he wanted to open a storefront to meet customer demand. The brick-and-mortar, which will be located at 2513 N. Fitzhugh Ave., Ste. 100, will open in June or July, he said.
“This is the next step from the market,” Zhang said. “People want to get fresh juice during the weekdays—the farmers market is only on weekends.”
Sol Good Juice sells fresh, cold-pressed juices and smoothies without added sugar or preservatives.
