  • Ginger Juice – 1 cup

  • Measure all ingredients in the same cup.

Blender juice instructions

We used three kinds of apples in this recipe: a Red Delicious apple, a Granny Smith apple (a green apple), and a Honey Crisp apple. Any kind of apple will work, as long as it’s available. If you want a good taste, use at least two kinds of apples.

  • Take the apple core out and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
  • Cut up an apple and put it in a blender jar with 1/2 cup of water.
  • Add lime or lemon juice and squeeze it over it.
  • Use a blender or a mixer grinder to blend it until it turns into a smooth puree.
  • Put a big metal strainer on top of a big bowl. Pour the puree that you made over it. You can strain the juice with cheesecloth or a nut-milk bag if you don’t have a strainer.
  • To get the most juice out of the mixture, press it with a metal or rubber spatula.
  • Throw away the rest of the pulp.
  • Apple lemon ginger juice should be served right away and drunk within 10 minutes of making it.
