Red Velvet Brownies With Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the wet ingredients: sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, red food coloring, and melted butter.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.

While the brownies are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and butter.

Once the brownies are done, let them cool before spreading the cream cheese frosting on top. Enjoy!
