Since weather records began in the early 1900s, Fairbanks has only had one snowless Christmas, in 1934. December brings 20–30 inches of snow to Alaska, turning it into a winter wonderland.

Third, Bozeman, Montana, had a 91.1 percent chance of snow, followed by Marquette, Michigan, with 88.2 percent, and Caribou, Maine, with 87.2 percent.
